Looking for a facelift? Skip the plastic surgeon. We don’t know about nose jobs but we sure know about says to tune-up your marketing and to give your company a new look. Here’s three easy ways to giver your company a new perspective:
1) Update your newsletter. If you have been using the same newsletter template for the past three or more years, chances are it’s stale and is badly in need of a refresh. Try a new look with some dynamic new graphics and a new typestyle and masthead. It will keep your company looking contemporary and state-of-the art. You can also try converting your regular print publication to an online e-newsletter. It could save your company thousands of dollars in print costs and you will really impress your boss. 2) Update your corporate identity. You may not need a complete rebrand but you may want to consider updating your company’s logo, typestyle and/or the tagline. Try adding some dimension to a logo that appear flat and static. Update the colors and try a new typestyle that is more modern.
A commemorative logo that is custom designed for an anniversary can also be an effective marketing addition to any of your corporate materials. Including an emblem in addition of the company’s corporate mark or logo helps to show a company’s endurance and stability.
3) Define events with a fresh look. Events need branding. A corporate event often involves coordination like conducting an orchestra. All materials should have a family resemblance. In each of the examples below, we created multiple pieces that worked together as a set to help brand the event. The first example below is a set of pieces that we created for the Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center. It includes a save-the-date card and an online invitation both for print and online. The second example below is a set of pieces we created for the Kaiser Permanente Anaheim Medical Center. It includes a save-the-date postcard, poster and a newsletter promotion.
